Look There! Nature is Reverting!!
One day I saw on Ravi Road in Lahore that along the roadside there were date palms. It astonished me. I thought that [پہنچی وہیں پر خاک جہاں کا کمیر تھی]. Date palm is a part of human life. Thus with the leftover clay of human body, Allah created the date palm. And when the angel threw away the clay of the naval, the devil mixed his spit in it. Allah created the dog with this clay of the naval. If the devil did not mix his spit in it, the dog would not have been so vicious. The reason that the dog is the friend and lover of the humans is that he is a part of the human body. The dog is the last lover of the human life’s loves and affections. And if you cut the date palm from the top, the date palm will die. There are so many trees that if cut from the top, they do not die. Date palm is the only tree that when cut from the top, it shall die. Cut a human being from everywhere and he/she will not die. Cut a human being from the top, he/she will die.
People of Allah, the two utensils that Allah Almighty has given you, we have to bring these two utensils to the love of Allah. We have to bow them to the love of Allah. The utensil of our heart and brain, how shall it come to the love of Allah Almighty? When our heart shall start thinking about the love of Allah, about the commandments of Allah, and it will think: O Allah! How shall I fulfill your commandments? O Allah, how shall I show you my face? Start thinking that O Allah, how shall I fulfill your commandments?
Come, Worry About Your Generations!
Ask Allah that what will happen to my generations? And O Allah, if the lives of the generations before me were spent in your disobedience, so what will happen about their redemption. I am telling you the reality, think about it. People of Allah! When we shall give our heart to Allah, then in the heart emotions of Allah shall start creeping. Thoughts of Allah will start creeping in our selves. Then the emotions of this world shall start vanishing from us. When the emotions of this world shall vanishing from the heart, then Allah Almighty shall start giving him worldly bounties without any desire.
Blessings of the Oral Zikr
People of Allah! We perform zikr with the tongue only. If we recite a wazifa for any purpose, often it is not recited with the depth of the heart, rather we only perform zikr with the tongue and we started receiving its blessings. We start receiving worldly bounties. Our affairs start smotthing. Our difficulties are solved. Even though yet we are only performing zikr with the tongue. And if this zikr goes in the heart. And if we perform it with the depths of our heart, then think how much blessings shall we receive?
That is why people of Allah! Start inhabiting the zikr of Allah in your heart and mind. Allah Almighty shall fulfill our desires. Allah Almighty shall give us blessings without thinking. And then even before thinking we shall get the bounties. But this will happen when we shall engross our minds with the zikr of Allah. And the Lord is not found in the heart just like that. This heart shall have to come in the gatherings and congregations of Allah again and again. The love of proximity with Allah is found there. Where the love of Allah is found, we shall have to come in that gathering again and again. You should have the desire and anxiety of coming to the gathering of Allah. There should be a desire and will to go there. Then Allah shall find His place in our hearts.
The Story of Allama Ibn-e-Taimmiya
Allama ibn-e-Taimmya was a reneowned scholar. The king told him to give a fatwa. He said I shall not give this Fatwa. Then the king imprisoned him. After three days a student came to the king while crying. The king asked what happened. He said: Please imprison me too, it will be kind of you! The king wondered that who asks for imprisonment. The king asked: Why do you want to be imprisoned? He said: I used to take lessons from my teacher; it has been three days that I did not take any lessons. That is why it is nice for me to be imprisoned. I shall bear the hardships and difficulties of imprisonment, but I shall take lessons from my teacher! I was getting the light of Allah from my teacher and that connection of light has been disrupted. That is why I have anxiety and disturbance. Now the only solution I have for this is that I stay in the prison with my teacher. I accept to go to jail to take lessons from my master, but I cannot accept to stay away from my master.
Emotions Should Erupt in the Heart
There should be this emotion in the heart that, that O Allah all the people of the world should come to your love and that they bow in front of Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). Our inner emotion changes as soo as we see the infidel. And upon seeing an infidel we start thinking that how can this person revert to the life of faith? And how can he be saved from the life of hell? (Continued)
